  • how to use Before First Use Fully charge the bottle using the supplied magnetic USB charging cable. Rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water. Fill the bottle with clean drinking water and allow it to soak for approximately 5–10 minutes before first use. Empty and rinse once more. Daily Use Fill the bottle with clean drinking water (below 60°C). Do not overfill. Securely tighten the bottle. Press the power button once to start the 5-minute hydrogen generation cycle. Press again (if available) for the 10-minute cycle. Wait until the cycle has finished. Drink the hydrogen-rich water as soon as possible for the best experience.
